David Culbreth, Senior Transitions Specialist, Realtor, SRES
David is a native Floridan. He was born and raised in St. Petersburg but has deep roots in the Ocala area where he currently resides. Most of his career has been in the hospitality industry, primarily as a General Manager or Operating Partner of restaurants. However, he has aways had an interest and passion for real estate. During his years in food service, he developed a strong passion for superior service and is bringing that passion and commitment into the real estate industry. A few years ago, he had the opportunity to help a friend that owned an assisted living community and began working as the Director of Dining Services. During this time, along with some personal experiences, is when he developed his desire to help seniors. He believes they paved the way for us and that we owe them for their decades of hard work shaping our experiences and country. This led David to obtain the SRES, seniors real estate specialist, designation and become a senior transitions specialist. He is committed to helping individuals and families with real estate needs as well as helping with any challenges that may arise. Despite being labeled "self employed", he works for his clients. They are his highest priority.
